IMPORTANT MESSAGES REGARDING ORDERS

Hello from Andy's Attic! We are always excited to see your orders flying in through our doors!! We have some important messages about picking up orders.

ALL orders must be from the person requesting the clothes or a licensed counselor or coalition.
ALL orders must be picked up 7 days when completed.

Why 7 days?

We ask all orders must be picked up in 7 days, it would help our spaces to be more organized and efficient.
When we contact you when your order is ready for pick up. It can be picked up between: MONDAY - FRIDAY from 8 AM - 1 PM

Please complete the form by making a copy and e-mailing the form to contact@andysattic.org or fax the document to (508) 799-8242.

The more information you provide, the better we will be able to fill your bag, be sure to include sizes of everything needed!
